How it’s made

Process & Quality

Cut, folded and finished by hand in Napa — no warehouse, no shortcuts.

Made by us

We’re the maker, not the middleman.

Most of what we sell sits on our own shelves in Napa, California, built by the same people who race out of these trailers. No importer, no reseller markup — just gear we’d want in our own pit, priced honestly and shipped fast.

How a part gets made

Six steps, all under one roof in Napa, California — no outsourcing, no guesswork.

01 / step

Aluminum sheet

It starts as aircraft-grade aluminum sheet — light, stiff, and it won’t rust in a wet, salty paddock.

02 / step

Cut to size

Each panel is cut to a measured pattern — the same one every time, so parts come out identical and true.

03 / step

Folded, not welded

Corners are folded on a brake instead of welded, so there’s no seam to fatigue and crack on a rough tow.

04 / step

Deburred by hand

Every edge is deburred and dressed by hand — nothing sharp to catch a knuckle, nothing left to rattle loose.

05 / step

Powder-coat or anodized

Raw brushed, black or white powder coat, or anodized — a finish that shrugs off fuel, heat and daily abuse.

06 / step

Checked & race-tested

A final check by hand, then it earns its place in our own trailers at a real race weekend before it’s sold.

Materials & finishes

What it’s made of

Aircraft-grade aluminum

Light, stiff and rust-proof. Folded — not welded — so panels stay true and there’s no seam to crack under load.

Powder-coat & anodized

Raw brushed, black or white powder coat, or anodized — finishes chosen to survive fuel, heat and the road.

High-strength plastic

The small stuff — clips, spacers, mounts — in tough plastic that flexes instead of shattering on contact.

What “quality” means here
