Oversize & freight
Large racks and cabinets may ship by freight. Any oversize fee is quoted before you pay — never sprung on you after.
In stock & lead times
We’re the manufacturer, so most items are in stock and ship the next business day. Anything out of stock we build in 2–3 business days. If yours will take longer, a real person emails you — not a bot.
When it arrives
Inspect the package before you sign. If there’s freight damage, note it with the carrier and photograph it, then email us the same day so we can make a claim right, fast.
