If something’s wrong, that’s on us
If your order shows up defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email sale@bearsmotorsport.com within a few days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — repair, replace, or refund. For freight, inspect the package before you sign and flag any damage with the carrier the same day.
Change-of-mind returns
For any non-custom, stocked item we may offer, the buyer covers return shipping and the item must come back unused. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under applicable warranty or consumer-protection law.
