We say it up front, because it’s the honest way to run a made-to-order shop.
Everything we make is built to order — cut, folded or printed for your order specifically — so made-to-order items are final sale.
If something’s wrong, that’s on us
If your order shows up defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email sale@bearsmotorsport.com within a few days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right — repair, replace, or refund. For freight, inspect the package before you sign and flag any damage with the carrier the same day.
Change-of-mind returns
For any non-custom, stocked item we may offer, the buyer covers return shipping and the item must come back unused. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under applicable warranty or consumer-protection law.
Warranty
12-month workmanship warranty on our fabrication and hardware.
