These terms govern your purchase from Masha and Bears LLC (“Bears Motorsport”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & made-to-order

Most products are made to order — cut, folded, or printed for your order specifically. Dimensions, finishes, and lead times are listed on each product page. Handmade items may vary slightly.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout.

Warranty & liability

We stand behind our workmanship (12-month workmanship warranty). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
